Every user adds AI actions to your team’s shared pool each month. Most actions cost 1 to 3 actions; heavy jobs cost more. 1,000 actions covers a typical user’s month with room to spare: about 60 meeting summaries, 40 deal-insight refreshes, and 15 AI-generated rooms.

Run out mid-month? Nothing stops working. We notify you at 70% and 90%, and you can add a top-up pack (from $29 for 500 actions) or let it queue heavy jobs until the pool resets. Purchased top-ups never expire.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. 14 days with full Scale features, no credit card required. At the end you pick the plan that fits.
Who counts as a paid user?
People on your team who create and manage rooms. Your customers, their buyers, and anyone you invite as a guest are free and unlimited, on every plan.
What are AI actions?
The unit for AI work in Projetly. AI writing assistance costs 1 action; generating a full room with AI costs 10. Every user adds 1,000 (Growth) or 1,500 (Scale) actions to a pool your whole team shares. The full price list is published above.
What happens if we use all our AI actions?
Nothing breaks. We notify you before you get close, and you can add a top-up pack or wait for the monthly reset. We never switch AI off mid-task.
Is e-signature really included?
Yes, built into every plan. You do not need DocuSign or any separate e-signature subscription.
What does Projetly integrate with?
HubSpot and Salesforce natively (2-way sync), Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Office 365 and Google Calendar, plus Zapier and Make for a thousand more tools. You can embed Loom, YouTube, Calendly, Gong links and most content directly in rooms.
Why is there a user minimum?
Projetly is built for collaboration between sales and customer onboarding teams. The minimum keeps both sides of the workflow on the platform, which is where the product does its real work. Growth starts at 5 users, Scale at 10.
Can we pay monthly?
Growth is available monthly at $69 per user with a 3-month minimum. Scale and Enterprise are billed yearly. Yearly billing gets 2 months free.
Can we change plans later?
Upgrade any time; the difference is prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Do our customers need to create accounts or pay?
No. They get a clean portal view of their deal room and onboarding project through the same link, with nothing to install and nothing to pay.
How does Projetly handle our data with AI?
Today, access is controlled by JWT authentication and role-based permissions, so AI features only see what a user’s Projetly role allows. PII redaction before AI calls, zero-retention AI provider agreements, an AI audit log, and org-wide AI on/off controls are on our roadmap, not live yet.
