3.1. Google API Data Usage and Disclosure

Projetly enables Users to integrate Google services, including Google Workspace and Gmail, to support workflow automation, collaboration, productivity features, and Sales Deals Rooms. Google user data is accessed only after explicit authorization by the User and only for the specific features explicitly enabled by the User. 

Projetly’s use of information received from Google APIs fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 

Basic account information such as name and email address: Used to authenticate the Google integration, verify the user’s identity, and associate Gmail access with the user’s Projetly account.

• Gmail messages and metadata such as subject, sender, and timestamps when Gmail integration is enabled: Used to allow users to view, organize, and search email conversations within user initiated onboarding workflows, project workspaces, and Sales Deals Rooms.

• Gmail attachments: Used to enable users to view, reference, and share attachments as part of onboarding workflows, project collaboration, and Sales Deals Rooms explicitly initiated by the user.

• Google Calendar event data including event titles, times, participants, and descriptions when Calendar integration is enabled: Used to allow users to view, create, update, and sync calendar events explicitly initiated by the user and related to onboarding tasks, project milestones, meetings, and Sales Deals Rooms scheduling.

• Google sourced user content including emails, metadata, and attachments selected by the user: Used solely to process and present user content to deliver user requested functionality, including workflow execution, deal collaboration, and customer support when explicitly requested by the user.

3.2. Limited Use and Data Protection Commitments

  • Projetly processes Google user data and User Content only to provide or improve user-facing features explicitly requested by the User. 

  • Projetly does not use Google user data or User Content for advertising, marketing, profiling, or resale. 

  • Projetly does not allow human access to Google user data or User Content except: 

  • With the User’s explicit consent 

  • For security, abuse prevention, or incident response 

  • To comply with applicable laws or legal requests 

  • To provide customer support when explicitly requested by the User 

  • Google user data is not shared with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the requested functionality or comply with legal obligations. 

  • Access to Google data is limited to the minimum required OAuth scopes and retained only for as long as necessary to provide the enabled features. 

  • Users may revoke Google integration access at any time through their Google Account settings or their Projetly account settings.  


3.3. User Control and Consent 

Google integrations in Projetly are optional and require explicit authorization by the User through Google’s OAuth consent flow. Projetly accesses Google data only after the User grants permission and only for the features explicitly enabled by the User. 

Users may revoke Projetly’s access to Google services at any time by: 

  • Managing connected apps in their Google Account settings, or 

  • Disconnecting the Google integration within their Projetly account settings 

  • Revoking access will immediately stop Projetly’s ability to access Google data and may limit or disable features that depend on Google integration, such as email workflows, calendar synchronization, or deal scheduling. 

Google Data Retention 

Projetly retains Google sourced data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services or until the integration is disconnected. Upon disconnection, access to Google data is terminated, and any retained data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by applicable law. 

4. Processing Your Data

We use your Personal Data for various purposes, including:  

  • Providing access to our website and services.   

  • Improving our website and services.  

  • Processing payments.  

  • Providing onboarding, customer success, customer service, and support.
